CRUISE SERVICES Retail Operations Manager  

PURPOSE

Ensure the correct implementation of the retail strategy of the Company. Participate in the definition and lead the implementation of successful internal best practices in order to achieve better operational performance. Implement community calls governance. Prepare Action plans and turnarounds for the business as needed. Support Cruise Services  General Manager in all retail activities required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

General

  • Participate in the weekly community providing know-how, direction and support to maximize organic growth, and ensuring the understanding and implementation of best practices and standard policies and procedures
  • Coordinates and communicates with Retail Operations
  • Point of contact in all Internal Audit related tasks
  • Supervise Store Development in the Cruise Lines
  • Supports Business Development when required
  • Customer Service monitoring
  • Visit to Operations to perform audit reports (P&P related) and check adherence to retail excellence principles and customer service

Operational Strategy

  • Assist on aligning the operational strategy, define targets, resources, timings and deliverables

Retail Operational Model and Best Practices

  • Leads and ensures the correct implementation of retail operations processes by providing reliable information directly to the countries
  • Point of contact from Retail Operations team regarding all aspects related to P&P, projects, actions, etc.

Operational Performance

  • Provide information to community to develop reliable reports
